一、人事行政助理
岗位职责：
1. 公司总机电话转接；
2. 公司每月考勤管理；
3. 办公用品的订购及管理；
4. 公司快递的收发管理；
5. 通讯录更新；
6. 公司每月行政费用结算；
7. 会议室管理及办公室内部环境管理；
8. 简历搜索，面试邀约；
9. 日常领导交付的各项工作。
任职要求：
1、热爱人事行政工作，条理性强；
2、外表干净整洁，打扮得体大方；
3、认真仔细，沟通能力较好，有良好的职业操守；
4、一周保证四天以上。
二、CAD绘图
任职要求：
1、美术或艺术设计相关专业；
2、熟练操作绘图软件，会sketch up优先考虑；
3、责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神；
4、一周至少保证三天；
